After staying in Vienna at a hotel with great customer service and great amenities, this was definitely a downgrade. The rooms were sparse and had no bathroom amenities. The answer to 2 out of 3 calls to reception were either "no" or basically of no concern to them. There was no warmth or comfort in the design and furnishings of this hotel. Very sterile like a hospital. It was several blocks from the center of the old city. Their fitness center consisted of a treadmill and a stationary bike. They had a decent breakfast area but it did not open until 6:30 am which does not help when catching early morning flights. Their one free computer and printer in the lobby was slow and in use by others most of the time. Would have preferred to stay in a hotel that cared and felt comfortable.
