apalling customer service. Called today to reserve a room, the receptionist was polite and offered a room. When asked if it was ok for an arrival at about 21:00 she completely changed, and effectively hung up- charming!

Our room was only one set of stairs up, so that was good. The view wasn’t as fabulous as when we stayed here before, but it was fine. There is a neat little offset on the room where you can open windows on three sides and look up and down the river plus across the river to see the old towne. There was no A/C, but it was okay if you opened the windows. Breakfast was nicely presented downstairs in a little nook. Meat, cheese, bread, croissants, boiled eggs, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, and a little pound cake. Folks are real friendly and helpful at this hotel. The old towne is a delightful place to look around or just sit and watch the people go by.

I stayed here for one night, they give you a key for the garage which is around the corner, this means your vehicle is secure.The single rooms are exellent and have a large tv.The breakfast is buffet style and was exellent.The proprietor is friendly and very helpful.This is a super place to stay and I really enjoyed it. Its small yet cosy and friendly and the prices are good,,,,,,,,,,,,check it out !

Had a great time in this hotel. Booked one night single room as a solo traveler. The hotel was simply perfect for me as the river and mountains are just perfect window view, and the old city is just 5 minutes walk along the bridge. The owner, Mr.Auer, is extremely nice, helpful and attentive. I had a feeling like I am at home, in the good sense of it. Lovely breakfast. Car parking is no issue, but you need to reserve it prior to your arrival, and it is a block away. Not an issue, as use can use hotel front door parking to check-in and put the luggage before you move your car to the parking lot. Very convenient arrangement.
Room very clean and functional, great free Wifi signal! Wireless phone as well.
Cons would only be no air-conditioning and no lift. The first can be resolved by leaving the window open at night, the later was not a problem for me, but older people should book the lowest floor. Overall I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Innsbruck.
