This hotel is a good choice if you are not going spend much time in the hotel. It is also a good choice if you are travelling by car, since they have parking space at the backyard. The room was quite basic, but clean and everything worked well. Reception desk personnel spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The next door restaurant is a good choice for dinner if you are too tired to venture to downtown.

We arrived early in the day, parked our car at the Zillertal, and set out to explore Innsbruck with the handy single page tourist map the front desk provided. Later in the day we returned to check-in and get dinner recommendations. The room had free-wifi and was fairly large. We were actually in their 2nd building just up the road from their front desk, but not inconvenient at all, especially since the elevator was quick.

This hotel was a nice surprise. The hotel was not in a tourist area of town, but was just a great surpise. The hotel was reachable by a little walk, but transportation was available. The street rooms had some noise. The staff was really great and very helpful and friendly. The tourist old town was a tram ride away. The rooms were clean and a decent size. (A small drawback was no elevator.) The breakfast was a typical European buffet with some great breads and pastries. The staff told us about two non-tourist places to eat and both were really great. Would go gack.

I Stayed for 1 night at this hotel. I visited Innsbruck to go to the football stadium as it was used for Euro 2008 tournament. The hotel was easy to find only 10 minutes from the railway station and the same distance to the football ground. It was an ideal base. The hotel was ok. The receptionist was ok but did not explain properly how I opened the door to the floor for my room. The room was good but very small. It did not make any difference to me at all. The breakfast was ok with a resonable choice. I got there early to find myself amongst other people who were clearly workers. However, it was not a problem. I got back form the football at 10.45pm and the receptionist didn't seem too keen when I asked for a beer. I got one and was asked to take it to my room. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and sufficient for my requirements. I did enjoy my visit to Innsbruck. Its a lovely city.
