The staff are very friendly and helpful with travel advice. 3 of us shared one of the alcove rooms which had perfect views of the mountains and was very spacious. Free internet along with a large selection at breakfast time make the stay more enjoyable. Only down side is the smoking within the hotel; aside from that very happy with the stay.

Helpful and friendly staff.. very patient about suggesting sightseeing destinations and giving directions. Had a relaxed holiday. Free internet. Good breakfast, with freshly baked bread. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Cute little alcove in our room with a table-and-sofa arrangement where we could sit and share a snack. Lovely view of the Alps from our room. Would recommend taking a walk along the river Sil(upto where it meets the river Inn) in the evening.. ask for directions at the front desk..

With six weeks into our 10 week European experience, we needed a convenient hotel for an overnight stay transiting by car, Switzerland to Vienna. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. We use TA extensively to deceide upon accomodation, some of the previous reviewers gave mixed reactions. We had some difficulty in contacting hotel by phone (our phone) so we booked through Booking , Com @ E74 per night including breakfast.

We were not disappointed. Previous reviewers have mentioned smells and poor service. We did not experience either. Conversely, we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We needed to print off a confirmation for some tickets and the staff went out of their way to make this happen.

The hotel has large area of free parking, free WiFi with good reception. The room 22 was almost a suite with an additional room. Yes, the bathroom is dated, but it functions very well. Room clean, with a very, very comfortable and 'king size' bed.

There is a little bar at the front of the hotel where staff are happy to serve drinks after a walk around the city.

Overall we had a very positive experience at this hotel. I guess if you are looking for wall to wall chain hotel blandness, this hotel is not for you. Quaint, convenient, warm (0 c outside) and quiet this hotel represents good value. (breakfast is very good especially with the addition of boiled eggs, runny in eggs cups just like Mum used to make)

The hotel is a bit far from the main town center, but a direct walk to it. Parking is in the back. Upon entrance, there was a weird smell throughout the hotel - but the room itself was ok (did not smell). The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was EXTREMELY tiny.

There was a breakfast buffet but I didn't use it. The staff was pretty nice actually. There was one computer near the check in desk that they allowed me to use for the internet.
