2 nights in Altpradl was not as expected. Room was small and foul smell in the bathroom. The service wasn't so great as the staff were not so friendly. Breakfast wasn't impressive. Limited choice of food. The layout was confusing and there were no labels for the food. It's more for people who come and go. Not recommended for those who are on vacation, looking for a comfy place to stay. Not worth it for the money spent.
Convenient as there are bus service "O". Distance from the train station.

I recommend this hotel. Is a good place to stay. Not too far from the central station. The room is ok.. clean, good space, good bathroom.

We stayed 1 night in hotel before going to sky to Zillertaller area. Room we had (on top floor) was worn and old. We hardly used bathroom as it was also very old. Beds were of average quality, not very comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was good, location was also very nice. Restaurant is only working in the morning for breakfasts, rest of the time at most drink can be offered. Reception was helpful and explained us well how to reach major tourism detinations. Wi-Fi was working well. But in order to be more attractive hotel need to invest more into the rooms as they seems outdated.

This hotel claims it is non-smoking but going into the reception area means crossing through smoke from the small bar room connected by a doorway that is not always closed. The bar room is across the short entrance hallway from the breakfast room. The smoke also goes up the stairway to all levels in this hotel.
Our room was near the elevator and stairs on level 3. Opening the door meant you were greeted by cigarette smoke from downstairs. The room itself was quite good with views to the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable with power points easily accessible for my sleep apnea machine.
There is no laundry for guest use but there is a laundromat not far away.
The hotel is a fairly easy walk from the train station with some guidance from the friendly tourist information man in the Hauptbahnhof.
Breakfast was included in the price and had a good range of cereals, breads, yogurt, cheeses etc. Unfortunately, the smell of stale cigarette smoke from the bar was in the breakfast room.
We had booked to stay 3 nights but we decided to move,after one night , to another hotel that was genuinely non-smoking . One person at reception told us that we would have to pay for all three nights for cancelling our booking. In the morning we checked out and we were charged only for the night we stayed. This was to the credit of the different person on reception who was somewhat friendlier and apologetic.
Wifi was available in room and a computer was available for guest use in the smoky reception area.
