Great location from city center and train station, can walk to both. Wonderful clean rooms and breakfast. Most places in Austria will not allow 4 to a room but the Zach does!! I'd definitely stay here again.

Oen of my husbands "Bucket List" items was to ski the Alps in Innsbruck. We had traveled all thru Italy and now were heading north to realize his dream and then head for home in the US. We chose Hotel Zach for our 2 nights stay in Innsbruck, April, 2011. The rooms was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Infact, they went out of their way to advise us where to ski and also let us use their own computer to check our email. The Hotel was easy to find from the train station. Easy walk with roller bags. It has elevator access. The decorating in the rooms was on the cheap side. Some of the usual ammeneties of bigger hotels were missing in this small family run hotel, But all in all, it was economical, clean, pleasant and easy access. Oh and the breakfast was included and wonderful ! I would stay there again just because of the staff.

Hotel Zach was in the best location! It was a quick walk to all the sites. The breakfast and service were great. It was the most economical we could find for a place just to rest our heads. Would I suggest it to a friend to stay in? Yes, if you are looking for a great location. No, if you are looking for glamour or that romantic feeling.

We didn't spend much time inside, the heatwave and not having air conditioning didn't help with the sleeping part of it and it wasn't one of our favorites for what you are suppose to use a room for, to sleep.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in August for two nights. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. Car parking was a bit of an issue as the garage for the hotel is around the block. I noticed there was a parking station across the road and to the right which may be more convenient. Had a very enjoyable stay here.
