“Will come back !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

We spent two nights at BinderS Arthotel . Being on honeymoon we received an upgrading to an amazing luxury suite . The staff was great , the location is convenient to get to the center of Innsbruck , a pizza and burger stand nearby. Wonderful view of the mountains .
Will definitely come back . Thanks to staff of Arthotel BinderS for an unforgettable stay !

“Warm and cosy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

It is very easy to get too from the town centre, 5 stops on the no.3 Ames tram get off at Dr Grass Strasse. I booked late and it was the only available room over New Year, my family stayed in the town centre and got no sleep for the noise, I on the other hand had a great sleep in a very comfortable small but perfectly formed single room. Very quite, spotlessly clean and very warm, in fact I slept with the window open in December. Lovely clean spacious shower room with lovely soft towels. The bed linen was beautiful with down quilts and pillow, memory foam mattress. Laminate flooring and they allowed you to keep your skis in the room so no fussing in the morning with locker rooms. The ski bus picks you up outside the hotel (must be preordered at reception) and takes you too the main depot to transfer to the main ski busses.
The shower room and the bedroom has a modern radiator so getting things dried was easy and you could close the bathroom door and open the window for good drying and ventilation, very important if you snowboard/ski.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly with the reception staff speaking perfect English, even found out what times the swimming pool was open for me(Two stops back on the same tram).
The breakfast is extra but well worth it as there is a super choice of meats, cheese assortment of breads and rolls, cereals, yogurts, fruits small amount off cooked things, toast teas x 10 varieties, coffees several choices, cakes the list goes on!!
The only reasons I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is you have to get the tram back a few stops to get good resteraunts and there is no tea faciltiy in your room so to make a drink you have too go down stairs. You can use the bar, resteraunt area to entertain the kids if needed as the rooms are quite small if you want to veg out with a games for them.
The room also has a huge TV with BBC Prime channel and BBC world news and CNN also you can purchase a film not that I had time!!
I would really recommend this hotel for those on a budget looking for something smart and quiet, might be on the small side if you are a buisinessman used too 4 or 5 star hotels but this is well worth booking in my opinion.

“Value and quality”

We were just "camping" in Innsbruck on our drive back to Germany from Italy. We were just in need of a place to sleep.

This is not a 5 star venue. But it does deserve an excellent here because of the great value. 80 Euro for a double room. Very clean. Very modern. Nice crew at the desk.

Breakfast was very good. We were able to walk to Old Town (15 minute walk). The red line is just a couple blocks from the front door which provides a 5 minute ride to Old Town as well.

While in town, make sure you visit Stiftskeller in Old Town for a liter and pork crackling.

Room Tip: Take the red line into Old Town.

“Good value and friendly”

Having first booked and then read some reviews, I was a little curious as to whether I had picked the right spot. I should not have worried. I would endorse the comments about the lack of a central location (although the tram - no 3 stops at the bottom of the road), but having walked to the Old Town and back, it wasn't a problem. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff (well done Simon) and a good breakfast. As a stopover from skiing in St Anton before my flight, it was exactly what I wanted.

“Service left at the door.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2010

I have traveled widely in Europe, and never have I encountered the lack of professionalism that I was exposed to in this hotel. My mother-in-law walks with a cane, (clearly evident at time of check in). We asked for a nearby place to get dinner and recieved directions from the night clerk. After following her directions EXACTLY, we were unable to find the restaurant. We returned to the hotel. Upon our return, we were asked "did you find it?" When we said "no", the receptionist and her blonde friend burst into laughter. Not ok.

In the room, the "double" bed was two twins pushed together... this is not unusual, but the fact that the bed was on wheels was a definate deterent. The motion sensor in the restroom looked straight into the bedroom area, so everytime someone turned over, the light came on again. The smell of cigarettes in the non smoking room was very annoying, The list goes on and on. If you do have to stay in this hotel, make sure that you clarify everything, including the cost of the lounge beverages... Three small rum and cokes costed over 25 euro.
