Hotel was of a nice standard and located centrally, ideal for exploring Innsbruck as we were only there for a day. Room was clean and of reasonable size, although with the radiator being at the head of the bed it did get hot overnight. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was of a good quality and reasonably priced. A pleasant place to stay in Innsbruck.

Stayed here with Cosmos bus tours. Nice, clean rooms tastefully decorated. Great central location, within easy walking distance of the city center. Very good included breakfast. There was a computer available in the lobby for guests (no fee). We found out later that there were also bicycles for guests to use free of charge during the day. All in all, we would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in October.
Great location, spacious, clean, warm and very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was average (I would just eat out as you can find places to have breakfast nearby).

I do not know if they have rooms with a bathtub but we had a room with shower. Since our little one hates to shower, it was a bit unpleasant.

We traveled with a 2 y.o. and the staffs were very friendly and helpful and the room, apart from not having a bath tub, was very nice.

this hotel was overall a good value for what you pay. it was located at the center of city for the most part. shops, restaurants, and bars were a few minutes walk from our hotel. this was very convenient for us. the staff was for the most part very accommodating. the only draw back was that, THERE ARE NO AIR CONDITIONING UNITS!!!!!...we were luck to be there when the weather was nice and cool. i dont know if all the room were like this, but we had to ask for a fan for our room.
