A fantastic hotel a few minutes walk over a bridge to the old town. Three adults in a lovely large room with beautiful clean bathroom. The breakfast was extremely good with hot food! served in a delightful traditional dining room. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. An added bonus was a tea and coffee tray. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our Christmas break.

We are a family of 4, and we had a room with four beds - very big, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was very good (coffee not so great, but it wasn't good anywhere we went in Austria!). There were scrambled eggs, meat, bread, yogurt, juice, fruit.

Great view of river, just cross the river into the old town of Innsbruck. Good value!

Six adults and one toddler (less than two years of age) arrived in Innsbruck on late afternoon on the 24th of December. We had been having trouble getting in touch with the hotel before our arrival, but once we got there, everything was great! The staff are very friendly and are multi-lingual. We were able to converse in English, Deutsch and French, if needed. They were kind enough to check on our dinner reservations (Romantik Schwarze Adler and Cammerlander - each reviewed separately). Although they knew the area very well, I wish they would have known better about the free travel to the nearby ski areas. We found this information out through the local ski shop - Die Borse - also reviewed separately.

Breakfast was included and lactose free and gluten free options (though not plentiful) were available. The hostess was amazingly friendly and got us our coffee and also helped to put together a table for all six of us and the toddler.

The location is very central and just across the river. There is an ATM and a laundry very close by and it's very close, in general, to everything one would need. The room came equipped with a fridge (we didn't need to request an additional one). The cost for the baby cot was nine euros per night.

We would definitely stay here again. The staff did it for us - very helpful, even on Christmas!
