Had a three night stay at the Leipziger Hof and had the pleasure of staying in room 401, This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in whilst travelling in Europe. My room was spacious, very clean, well decorated and furnished, only a single bed but very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, quite roomy and with an excellent modern power shower with a proper cubicle! Had a view onto the small hotel car park and neighbouring appartments but beyond that was a fantastic view of the Alps.

Reception area very welcoming nice to be able to have free coffee / tea here, staff on reception very helpful and speak excellent English. Hotel overall is exceptional well decorated and spotlessly clean you can tell the family that own the hotel are very proud of their establishment. Nice breakfast area with a room for smokers and another for non smokers, very good selection of food and drink and helpful staff.

As well as a restaurant in the main building the hotel has a garden restaurant directly in front of the hotel in the small neighbouring park. Ate here one evening service was a little bit slow but food was great and very attractive setting. On the fifth floor is a recreation centre there's no pool but a good sauna, robes and sauna slippers available from reception.

Only negative is the location its about a 20 minute walk into the city centre, though 10 minutes from train station. An alternative would be to the take the tram into the centre there is a stop very close to hotel. Definetly recommed this hotel, enjoy.

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean, staff was friendly. The location left something to be desired, though. It was not in the center of town. However, there is a tram stop w/in a few meters that will get you into the main part of town easily. Not great views from our room, but one side of the hotel probably has great mountain views. Good internet access.

The food in the hotel restaurant was definitely a highlight. Absolutely delicious, reasonably priced, with friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean (though it took us a while to realise there was tea and coffee in the foyer). The staff on the front desk were helpful. An all round very pleasant experience that I would recommend to anyone - I'd also recommend the schnitzel.

Good wellrun hotel in a central location near the railway station and shopping centre, a short walk from the old town.
The staff were friendly, helpful and English speaking. Reception area and restaurant were clean, well decorated and wellcoming.
Food in the restraunt was good with a varied menu.
Bedrooms were clean, comfortable with all facilities. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom but tea/coffee and soup were available free for guests in the reception area.
A good bar area but not used much due to attractions elsewhere in the town.
Definitely an hotel to return to.
