We stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Innsbruck. The location was great - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was basic just like the name implies but the room we had was nice and quiet. The cafe located under the hotel was very good and convenient.

The hotel is located near Markplatz, a 2 minute walck to the old city center. Tram number 3 arrives directly fron the train station and stops in front of the hotel door. The staff was kind and helpfull. The room was very spacious with comfy beds and cushions. The bathroom was huge and well equiped. Wonderful flat tv and modern furniture! The only that maybe was too much was the heating! But overall it is just what you need to have a good rest! Very, very, very pleasant!!! Besaide the hotel there is a bakery shop where you can have a wonderful breakfast!!!! You have to try it!!!

Staying with our 2 daughters was a pleasant surprise in this hotel (maybe as a result of the name our expectations were not that high). The staff were very pleasant & helpful, and the situation was clase to all the essentials of a short stay in Innsbruck.
Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

I stayed here in October 2011. We were a party of 7 adults staying in 2 rooms. We expected to find it claustrophobic, but were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the rooms. Both rooms faced the river with beautiful views of the mountains from enclosed balconies. I highly recommend this hotel.
