This hotel was great! This was my favorite hotel our trip. The rooms were big for European standards. It is by far the best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was very clean, the sheets were awesome, the bathroom was huge and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The internet worked just fine in my room. The breakfast was awesome with fresh breads, hot foods, juices, very comprehensive breakfast. The location was good as it is about half way between the old town and train station. Salzburg hotels are generally very expensive so the price was right in line. The restaurant food was good but the service was slow.

No way is this dump comparable to a 3 star in USA. Bed is terrible, carpet is dirty, room smells & air conditioning is a joke. Needs a HUGE makeover. A big walk to city center where action is. Globus Tours should stop using such low standards of hotel.

The hotel is more a 3 star. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are small. The free wireless only works in the lobby. I didn't see a fitness center. It's about a 10 minute walk from the main shopping areas. The food was average. The front desk staff was rude when we tried to settle our account at check out.

This was a great place within a short walking distance of the Old Town of Salzburg. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast & dinner, and the accomodations were very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again.
