We arrived and were kindly greeted, told to park out front, as no parking vacancies in the lot accross the road. We had to move our car before breakfast the next day to the lot, but it was only a short walk accross the road. Clean looking hotel. Convenient restaurant because we were tired. Good night sleep.

Location is very good! Silent street, own parking, 10 minutes from center. Staff is friendly. Hotel is joint with Bella Vita restaurant, which is very good! Rooms are clean, breakfast is classic. For some reason my room was upgraded from shared bath to normal for free - very pleasant! The only disappointing thing - rather cold room we had, even with 100 heating turned on. Since we come at night from city trip, the night staff couldn't help. Bed was very cold to sleep on it.

After a few hours of searching hotels on the internet i came across the hotel drei kruz, the price attracted me and after reading a few good reviews i decided to book for 5 nights. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and always welcomed you or said goodbye on entering/leaving the hotel. The rooms were fairly basic but as i tend to spend very little time in the hotel and prefer the outdoor sights this wasnt a problem. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Hotel location is great, was a nice 15 minute walk down to the river past some very nice restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed Austria, definetly recommend going .

We stayed at this hotel for three days. The location is close to the centre of the city and the management is friendly and helpful. English is spoken.
There is a room in the basement in which one can store luggage for a few hours after checking out in the morning.
