“Pleasant stay, but need to work on Customer Service”

Family with two older kids had a nice stay in Salzburg. Room was a bit small for four people. Older staff were very pleasant. Some younger staff appeared to see us as an imposition. Breakfast was basic but restaurant on ground floor was a plus. Pay close attention to the check-in times. Location was a five minute walk to the bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride to downtown Salzburg. Kids loved the friendly "guard" dog in the lobby.
