I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The room is tiny with the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Our room safe was locked and after 3 requests, it was never opened. Every night the shower was ice cold. After complaining each night, the water suddenly warmed up barely enough to get a shower. The sign outside advertised rooms for 55 euro while we were charged much more. This hotel is nothing like advertised on veneer.

We stayed Oct 2 to Oct 3 2010 just over night but we enjoyed our stay! When we walked in he was standing there hand out with our key! Went to hand him my papers and said nope it's ok I know who you are. LOL
After we got settled we asked how to get down town and where was the best place for a drink. He was helpful!! And so was the Lady in the Morning she even got on the computer to help us out!
The room well all I will say is BEST Sleep we had on the whole trip!!!
Breakfast was the best to that we had on our trip lots to choose from. Cost EUR 8.00 pp
Cost for Double Room 50.00 EUR And FREE Parking!

The hotel owner at the reception was friendly and helpful showing us some key places to visit on the map she provided.
We liked the spacious two adjoining rooms that includes a mini living room and a dining area that was useful. The only complaint is the single toilet/bath to be shared between two families and there is no lift. Our room was on the 2nd floor and if you have some big & heavy luggage, it would be a struggle for some.
The hotel includes buffet breakfast of sausages, wheat bread, cheese, eggs, fruits, juices, coffee & tea, etc. Free wifi is also available.
It’s near a bus stop on the main road. If you feel like walking to the Central train station, it’s about 20 to 30 minutes at a leisurely pace.
On our check-out, we ask the owner to call for a taxi cab company on our behalf to bring us to the main train station.
Overall, we liked the service and would likely return to this hotel ‘coz we missed other places to see/visit.

We had a great short stay here. The staff is super friendly. The whole place is very pretty. The room was great, really big for 3 of us. The breakfast buffet rocked!

Convenient for the autobahn, rail station and car hire offices; definitely convenient having the restaurant inhouse, and meal was good; room comfortable and spacious.
But water not hot enough in the morning -- this is not ideal if you've got five people to get showered and only a few hours to see Salzburg! Bathroom didn't seem quite clean enough either.
