Not the easiest place to get to as the hotel is outside the centre and far from the train station - but our efforts were well worth it. We were very pleasantly surprised as we were given a free upgrade to the Exclusiv Suite upon check in!
Of course this may not happen to you but not only is the hotel a very nice, homely place to stay, there are nice little touches that make the place special. Very helpful staff, chocolates at the reception counter, art pieces on the walls and really nice decor overall. Breakfast was always brilliant with 9 jars of honey to choose from, many choices of cereals, muesli and breads, as well as different tastes catered to - like avocado paste in a small jar, dates wrapped with ham and the cutest eggs you'll ever eat.
From the main train station you need to take Bus No. 6 to Volksgarten (there are 2 routes, ask the driver if he's going there) and then change to Bus No. 7 for 1 more stop. After alighting walk down the road and turn right at the next junction - you will see the hotel. Location is a bit of an issue with heavy suitcases but it's worth it! If energetic you can walk to the city centre then take the bus No. 7 back in the evening. The friendly girls at the reception will be able to show you how.
