The hotel was very well located being walking distance from the railway station and in the middle of a delightful town.
. The view from our large window was amazing. The very "Austrian" town with church spires and gardens was all around us. The river below had attractive walking paths and a dock for the tourist river boat. In the distance the mountains were snow covered. What a view. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff amazingly helpful. In 8 weeks of travel this was a standout.

We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews we read on tripadvisor. The first clue that something was not right was the uncomfortably warm lobby on an uncomfortably warm day. When we to the room, we could not get the AC to function. When we asked at the front desk about it, we were informed that they had "forgotten" to inform us that the AC had been out for several days, and they were awaiting parts from Italy!

There was no reduction in the price, no apology, and furthermore, this hotel shows a disturbing new trend in Austrian restaurants to charge extra for breakfast.

The bathtub requires the agility of a young, athletic person to negotiate--all of this in the name of "modernity".

All in all, the most disappointing hotel of the 7 we experienced on this trip.

This hotel is really excellent , A/c , wc, room , resturant , service and location you will get more than your expectation . the room is big and comfortable. i recommended this hotel to every one .
