stayed there for one night, as other hotels in the area were full, excellent breakfast selection, and very comfortable rooms, ask for rooms facing the river

We chose this hotel based on the positive reviews we read on tripadvisor. The first clue that something was not right was the uncomfortably warm lobby on an uncomfortably warm day. When we to the room, we could not get the AC to function. When we asked at the front desk about it, we were informed that they had "forgotten" to inform us that the AC had been out for several days, and they were awaiting parts from Italy!

There was no reduction in the price, no apology, and furthermore, this hotel shows a disturbing new trend in Austrian restaurants to charge extra for breakfast.

The bathtub requires the agility of a young, athletic person to negotiate--all of this in the name of "modernity".

All in all, the most disappointing hotel of the 7 we experienced on this trip.

This hotel is really excellent , A/c , wc, room , resturant , service and location you will get more than your expectation . the room is big and comfortable. i recommended this hotel to every one .

We selected this hotel after having looked at tripadvisor, showing it to be the best in Villach.

We'll, we are not disappointed, on the contrary, the sight from the room is indeed fabulous, but moreover, we found out that the the parking was a sort of private parking on the lowest parking level, with direct access to the hotel elevator. So we could leave the luggage in the car without having to worry about it.
Also the room was fabulous, wher the bathroom design was very innovative, architects would call this playing with space, very original.

Shortly: this is value for money.
