We spent one night here in october, so it was a short experience, and hadn't tried all of the facilities, but this is a great hotel. Huge nice building in a great area, good parking, nice and comfortable room, great breakfast, good internet. The bed was really comfortable. Very clean, modern, well designed with useful furnitures. Supermarkt in front of the hotel, KLagenfurt is just minutes by car.
As it is located close to the canal which flows into Wörther see, and thay have private place beside it, this can be the best during the summer. Wörter see and the canal are just amazing.

“Saved by the maid!”
We stayed here for two weeks for business. There are no lifts and carting luggage up and down the stairs was a a hassle (no help was offered). There was no air conditioning, no fan, no minibar, wireless internet on the second floor was virtually non-existent (very frustrating as I was hoping to do a bit of work in the room) and it's on a busy road which can be a bit noisy with passing trucks. The bathroom is very narrow and a bit squashy and the overall decor is that typical Austrian lodge style which I'm not a fan of.
However, breakfast each day was great, the restaurant served pretty good meals for dinner, not just your typical stodgy Austrian fare, and there's lots of car parking.
The best part though came after we'd left - I'd accidentally left a diamond ring behind which I didn't realise till a few days later and was sure it was a gonner. But no, the maid had found it and turned it in and I was able to get it back without a problem. Outstanding!
