We chose this hotel because it was a four star hotel. But actually you might say it a good three star hotel, but definitely its not a four star hotel. Breakfast did not have much variety. Room was well decorated, but small in size. There was no mini bar in the room. Bathroom was quite small without any bathtub. Soap and shampoo were also of low quality. The hotel location is not very ideal, nor at a walking distance from city centre neither the lake. Though the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. I would recommend to stay at a good three star hotel at the same price, instead of this hotel.

My husband, teenaged son and I stayed at this hotel in May 2007. It is in a nice location - a bit outside of the center of Klagenfurt with plenty of parking. It is also not too far from a bus stop. The hotel was very clean with an excellent included breakfast. Our triple room was quite nice. The toilet and the shower/sink area are in two separate locations which was great with three people in one room. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke excellent English. I would recommend this hotel.
