Essential was a central location during a business trip. Got that together with clean room and a great breakfast buffet. The room was a bit small, but had nice amenities (water boiler and nice selection of teas) and best of all free w-lan, always a plus on a business trip. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel, centrally located in the southern part of the city centre, in a building around a courtyard with a fountain. Rooms not too small, wireless internet available in rooms. Breakfast ok, friendly staff. The rooms overlooking the courtyard (some with balcony) are quiet, no noise from the street (only from teh fountain). Very good option for a stay near the city centre. To reach the lake you need a bus (from not too distant Heiliggeistplatz)/taxi.
