Never happened before but I stayed for the 3rd time this year in this hotel.
Every stay has been very good. The reception staff is excellent, welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is excellent. a huge variety of products to choose from fresh or cooked. the bread is excellent.
I have stayed in different rooms and they are all slightly different. The first time i must have stayed in a more deluxe version and it was really nice. The other 2 times it was a bit less fancy but beds were similar (very comfortable). Free wifi which is a great thing when you are away for work.
It is a short walk from the city centre's heart (5 mins walk maybe) on the other bank of the river.
Graz is a nice place to visit and the Hotel mercure is definitely a safe bet for nice nights and a nice stay.

The hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly. However we were not told that to operate the lift you had to use your room key. I was very scared when the lift doors shut and nothing happened, I thought the worst!!

I have stayed in this hotel already for second time within a few months. The main reason of chosing this hotel is the location and easy booking thanks to my A-Club membership. The hotel offers standard services typical for Mercure brand. I was welcomed by a very kind staff at the reception, despite of my late arrival. The room was clean and cosy. The only question mark has arisen, when I wanted to stir my coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons at disposal.The sleep wuality is generally OK, bed is comfortable, just the noise from the Lendplatz was making an earlier wake-up, as planned. The breakfast is rich, wide choice of a variety of foods...Anyone with different tastes will find something delicious. The check out was fast, again with a nice smile:) I can recommend...

Very nice Hotel, close to the city center, just a short walking distance and you're already in the center, also very close to the "Schlossberg" and the main trainstations. Parking in parking garage right under the hotel, elevator from the garage into the Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great choice for breakfast, clean and quiet rooms.
