Stayed there two nights for a conference. The location as well as the service provided including the breakfast was good, however the rooms possible have not been renovated for the past 30 years (Bathroom w/o window or air con, no shower curtain, OLD). The matrass was with a hollow so one could not have a comfortable sleep.
The Hotel rates itself as a 4*, however I would not give him one. It certainly was a germ in the last century however the owner have not invested in keeping it to todays standard.
As a frequent traveller my recommendation is to avoid this Holel.

I stayed twice in this property.
First time in a huge room with a rather strange room configuration, the bathroom was not immediately adjacent to the bedroom but had to go through a small internal corridor to reach the bathroom. Everything was immensely dated, you had the impression of staying at your old grandma home ..... you had not even a socket for your laptop you had to unplug the fridge ....
the room was clean though
Second time I had an extremely small single room which was "more modern" .... but very tight, felt claustrophobic.

Restaurant not bad and quite pleasant ... service could have been more friendly ....

Front desk staff very snobbish and unpleasant ...

The best and worst thing of this hotel is that it is central and close to everything ... but also a nightmare if you want to park your car ....

ALL IN ALL A VERY DATED HOTEL, FAIRLY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT OFFERS ....

I stayed in a small, single room for four nights. The room was clean. I booked through Travelocity and the room rate included breakfast which was very good (buns, cereal, cheese, sausage, eggs, fresh fruit). Everyday, a fresh apple was left on my night stand, which I thought was a nice touch. There is a cafe in the hotel. Also, a small grocery store is next to the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly.

I would recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect position right in the centre of Graz.
Clean & stylish, the staff were very friendly. I was lucky enough to get room 208 purely by chance. This is a themed room with an illuminated 4 poster bed, walk in shower complete with slide projector - how artistic! I was on my own but this would be a romantic place to spend a night or two with the other half. Hotel food was good, bar very accommodating for late night tipplers........
Recommended.
