Great location, and a nice breakfast room with a very good breakfast. We came for one night at the opera (close by), so we had no time to check or use the spa and wellness area, although the room was very close to it, and the aroma of essential oils from this area permeated the corridor. Drawbacks: incredibly bad elevator music in all public areas of the hotel. Breakfast served ostensibly until 10, but on a sunday at 9.30 staff was already preparing the tables for lunch, so you better come early, even on a sunday. The room was spacious, but very cold; since reservations were mixed up, we thought that the room was changed at the last minute and hoped it would be warmer in the evening, but it wasn't. the room was spacious, but without easy chairs (they would have fitted nicely), and the desk was minuscule. At around 10.30 pm it was nearly impossible to get a drink in the seating area of the lobby or the bar (closed on week-ends!); we got one glas of wine. The hotel is not cheap.
