Stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be well under par. Property is poorly-maintained both inside and out. Room was spartan but clean, shower in bathroom was blocked and the breakfast was the saddest, meanest affair I encountered on my travels. I was really surprised to learn that it is an Accor property because it just does not measure up to their normal standard. Did not think it was value for money. Having said all that, the staff on the desk were very helpful and the location is not bad - it is at least handy for the tram into the centre-city

I stayed here for 11 days for a Festival. The hotel rooms are pretty basic, the single beds small, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfst too is basic but absolutely fine, and the staff on the front desk really friendly. The laundry facilties aren't the best. The dryer doesn't work (but they wont tell you that)! In terms of location it is a little out of the way. There is no coffee shop or food outlet nearby late at the night. The tram is close by - about a 5 minute walk - and Linz is quite compact so it is easy to travel in. if you are looking for basic accommodation this place is fine. I probably wouldn't go back if it was my choice, but there is really nothing wrong with staying there.

We stayed here for one night on our vacation, Its clean, efficient, great value for money. At less than Eur 60 a night including breakfast, this is by far the best deal you will get! The reception is no frills but very friendly and helpful.
