Overall, a pleasant enough experience. The hotel is located in the main square of town near all major sites and transports. Reception provided touristic information and maps and were friendly. The breakfast (included) was abundant and good. The wifi worked well and fresh fruit was made available to guests (very nice touch). On the downside, the hotel does NOT have smoking rooms although they advertise that they do. I pointed out this misrepresentation but it was not acknowledged. The rooms are not quite as elegant as they appear to be in the photos although they are decent enough. Room cleaning is not a high priority as we had the same tissue lying in the corner of the room day after day during our week-long stay and our drinking glasses were left used and unwashed for the duration. Security and service is somewhat of an issue as the front desk is often unmanned which raises questions about who enters the hotel, and where to leave your heavy, bulky roomkey when you go out.
