This modern hotel is conveniently located, well connected by public transport, has a clean, functional and uncluttered design. It has top notch shower and bathroom fittings.
Sleeping comfort is not that great though. The entrance is on a pedestrian street, but the three other fronts of the hotel are adjacent to main roads. Traffic noise penetrated my room and prevented normal sleep.
Breakfast is poor, the majority of the offer being from lower quality range industrial products and packaged convenience staples. This is inexplicable in a region of Austria with among the very best dairy products and bread available. 80s pop tunes at headache level ruined breakfast anyway.
My main problem is the old mismatch. Top class furnishing vs low quality staff and service. Some entrepreneurs think that being design hotel relieves them from their duty to deliver performance and value.

I am very sorry, that the hotel did not meet your expectations. We are committed to providing the highest degree of service and I sincerely apologies, if we fell short on the delivery during your recent stay.
In reference to the location of the hotel, I would like to point out that the hotel is not adjacent to main roads on three sides. Your room was facing a one way side street, and I do apologies if you deemed the traffic noise so unbearable that it kept you from enjoying a good night’s sleep. We took the liberty to make a remark in our system, and for future reservations only rooms facing the quiet courtyard should be assigned.
In reference to your impression of us using low quality industrial food for breakfast, I can assure you that this is not the case. All our products are from local high quality businesses.
Your harsh words in reference to “low quality staff” have been discussed and addressed with the appropriate staff members and the associate team.
We are quite aware that my reassurance, that we truly strive to provide our guests with the highest level of service and comfort, will probably not change your perception. However it was important to us to respond, as we do take all guest comments to heart, and continue to evaluate ways in which to improve.
