“Fantastic all rounder”

This wonderful hotel was a welcome respite in our travels. Staff were very pleasant, with lots of smiles and plenty of helpful information provided. Restaurant on site provided a reasonable choice of styles of food combined with an expansive beverage list. Hotel is close to trams which take only 5 mninutes to get us into the town centre and a wide array of shops and eateries. Room was excellent with a proper double bed and plenty of space to move around and./or relax.

Room Tip: Our room overlooking the pool was very quiet with a pleasant outlook (even in winter)

“Great room!”

A very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful reception. Spacious room, very clean. Great breakfast in the morning! Nice atmosphere. Complimentary tea, coffee and water in reception whenever you want. Big flat screen tv in room. Perfect place to stay! Good value for money!
A few stops on the train from the main station - in a sort in industrial area but central enough.

“More of a youth hostel”

This hotel is downgraded from a Novotel to All seasons. Having been going to this hotel for a number of years while driving on business, the comfort of the rooms has been exchanged for no carpets and bright youth colours that fit a youth hostel. Very dissapointed.

“good value”

the trams are only a few minutes walk away from the hotel and make access into the city very easy. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. A nice touch was free, coffee, tea,and water in the reception area.There was plenty of spaces for safe parking. Overall this is a a good value hotel.

Room Tip: it would have been lovely to have had a room overlooking the pool and garden
