I was expecting a little more from this Park Inn, but after staying at a few Radisson Blu hotels, I guess I was a bit spoiled. This was perfectly located, clean, modern, had a bar and restaurant, but the room was pretty much amenity free. Altogether, I think I'd stay there again (if I ever had a desire to visit Linz again...which I don't think will happen!) even though I do prefer a few more perks. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The restaurant was pretty blah, and the beer were also just ok. It seemed like they needed to clean the lines on their beer machine...as all the beers tasted the same...dirty.
People were friendly and bed was comfy. Nothing more to say!

The Hotel is new, with a good design, but somentimes a little bit too minimal.
The hotel is right on the center of Linz, so it very easy to walk around the town, but it has halso a garage parking. The Room are a good size but are not so big considering the Star rating. A minus of the hotel is the shampoo dispenser on the shower instead of providing the samples kit. Very good is the breakfast with a lot of choice. The price is honest

We stayed at the Park Inn for one night in early September during a recent cycling trip through Upper Austria. It was conveniently located in the center of Linz, just one block off the main shopping street and faced a quiet, leafy park.

The Park Inn was refreshingly modern, comfortable and (rare for Austria) had air conditioning. Our room was well laid out and had a huge bathtub/shower combo. Internet access was free and extremely quick. There was also a large secure parking garage beneath the hotel.

An enormous breakfast buffet was included with our room rate and featured everything from cooked eggs, sausage, bacon, etc... to yogurt, fresh fruit and a variety of delicious breads and pastries.

We had a perfect stay at the Park Inn in Linz and would happily return!

Stayed here during a holiday in September 2011.
The room was very clean and comfortable with all essentials provided - but basic.
Overall we felt the total price for our stay was comparatively expensive - breakfast was extra to the room and offered a relatively minimal and poor quality selection for a high price ... while dinner was good, but also relatively expensive for the offering provided.
