Nothing negative can be said about Novotel. Service at check in was fast and friendly. Location close to Gare...just a few minutes walk. Once you start walking towards the casino from the hotel, you can go on and on and on.
Breakfast had plenty of choices from hot to cold meat, to fruits and cereal and pastries and bread.
However, everyone needs a decent sleep after a great day out. Would recommend management to change the mattress and pillows. The mattress is too soft and after three nights the whole body needs a makeover.
I would enquire if the mattress have been changed before deciding to book this hotel again.

The hotel is very centrally located close to the train station and offer a high level of comfort and service. The food in the restaurant is of a very high quality and provides great variety. Don't travel to Monaco by train as the SNCF trains have no provisions for luggage and the rail staff and conductors are extremely rude and refuse to speak any English

Really like it here: another few days to go.

went early summer, was a nice hotel. Good clean decent sized room, nice bathroom, good lighting. Toilet was seperate from the bathroom though, which is not something I like. Pool is nice (although very cold) hotel has some interesting 'interior decoration' with egg pod chairs scattered about. service was good. food and drinks there were a little expensive. we got a reasonable rate, was a good hotel, good location.
