We spent 2 nights in September 2010 in this hotel. It was a low season for Andorra, so we really took a profit of all the attention and avaliability of the hotel stuff. I am quiet particular about hotels but I don't have anything negative to remark about this hotel. The room is nice, spacious, nicely decorated, high quality beauty products in the bathroom, excellet room service... nothing to reproach. Pubic area is decorated with a lot of style and taste, contemporary but respecting the local style. Excellent restaurent, delicious menue and discent wine list. Excellent attitude to the guests from the side of the administration: really helpful and efficient (we asked to organize some outdoor activity for us and asked help to chose and book a dinner in a local restaurent...) , at the moment of arrival we wee given vouchers for free drinks at the bar and we wee offered the access to the spa. Spa: really 5 stars level, everything is brand new, a lot of space... Looking forward to come back in winter to ski in Soldeo! Can recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

I prefer Soldeu to La Vella. And I prefer The Hermitage to Park Andorra. Both 5 star hotels, but the former is a clear winner in every way - rooms, staff, & spa.

Excellent spa facilities in the huge 3 dedicated wellness floors where I received excellent treatments.

Staff is amazing. Since it was off season, parking was a breeze, and free.

The rooms are tranquil and the sound of the river below was soothing.

The quality of food in Soldeu was surprisingly good. Recommendations and reservations were made effortlessly by the front desk/concierge. I can wholeheartedly recommend Borda de L'Horto, La Borda del Rector, and also the informal Brussels.

While Es at Park has amazing food, 1.8 was quite good as well.

Will be back ski season & will definitely stay at Hermitage.

This beautiful hotel is the last word in alpine luxury, with no expense spared on the fabulous decor, using wood, stone, and fabrics to create an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The rooms are large and all have views of the snow-clad mountains.The bathrooms have whirlpool baths and luxury showers and the toiletries are top-end; the room is serviced twice daily.The hotel spa is the most amazing place to relax and unwind and inclusive for guests.
The food is just exquisite, and service is discrete whilst attentive.
This hotel is moments from the gondola and ski lockers come with the room; in the locker room, staff are on hand to help with donning/doffing boots, fetching your skis, and warming you up with hot coffee or chocolate and a brandy to help you recover from a hard day of snow fun. Expensive, but you're worth it!

Stayed here for 1 night on part of motorcycle tour of France and Spain.Junior Suite room was fantastic. Huge bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Views of the ski slopes nice (even in summer) and staff were absolutely fantastic, they even let me park my motorcycle in a coned off area right outside hotel.
Restaurant was a bit too dear for my liking but I think most of the guests here don't care too much about money so I will shut up about that.
For me a memorable treat and it made the fantastic but exhausting trip 7 hour trip to Andorra worthwhile.
