One word - AVOID ! The staff are rude and aggressive. The food is cold. The beds collapse. And watch out for Andorran red eye.

The hotel is in the most unspoilt area of the country high up a beautiful valley and with stunning views. It was clean and comfortable but there is no getting away from it - the room we had on the top floor smelled strongly of urine! Once you have detected it no matter how long the windows were open it was always with you.
This is a great pity as the staff were friendly and helpful and the both dinner and breakfast were good. You would have to have at least half-board as it is quite away from any large settlement.

We have stayed at this Hotel before and it is very good . The staff are very helpfull the meals are great , buffet , plenty of choice. The rooms are clean and good size. You have to have a car as there is very little within walking distance. Can be in snow and to get the 4kms to the slopes you may have to use chains , or get the bus.
