I stayed in the "top class" room with the pack romantic, and have to say that it was fantastic, from the jacuzzi to the huge bed. I would recommend it to anybody wishing to surprise their partner with a weekend away in Andorra.

Our room was the most beautiful room I have ever seen. So elegant and so stylish. The restaurant is just beyond any compare, all dishes we tasted were amazing!! Gourmet says nothing, it is beyond gourmet.

The hotel says : "We are not a hotel but a gastronomic restaurant with rooms " !
Well thank you but no. The room for a city hotel was very good. The bathroom was huge and with a lot of gadgets e.g sauna in the shower, jacuzzi in the bath tub and so on but please, don t tell me they are a gastronomic restaurant. We spend our night there and to be honest, never again. The waiter was smelling so bad that my friend had difficulty to breath. The starter were very common and absolutely nothing special (I had a kind of a shrimp cocktail and my friend some "dry" fish . Gambas for entrees = gambas. Not one single addiction to the plate. 5 or 6 I can t remember but that was it. Some wine and that was it. = Euro 170!!
Next morning we had to leave"early" as we were moving on. Breakfast at 7.30am. We were there at 7.40 and the "lady" told us she needed 10 more minutes so wait. The breakfast itself was very good and for 15 Euros you cannot say much except as instead of having breakfast for herself and her friends the waitress should be a bit more attentive to her guests desire. Thank you very much but I ll pass the net time

Exec summary: reasonably priced 5-star hotel in Andorra on the main street. Good restaurant, very comfortable airy rooms.

Details: standard room costed EUR 130 w/o breakfast (15 EUR). The parking fee in the nearby garage is a daily 18 EUR. Reception is very helpful, no problem w/ late check out, good trips they recommended in the country. The hotel from outside is one of the ugliest building I have ever seen. The room is newly furbished and aims to be elegant, has large bed (min 2x2m), adjustable by a remote control on both sides. A jacuzzi belonged to our standard room. Breakfast was good although limited choice. The restaurant staff does not speak English, they are slow and lazy. But one lady is an exception, Nella, who speaks very good English, graduated somelier and very helpful. The food is a bit pricey but really tasty. We spent 2 nights there. There is smoking and non-smoking section which is unique in Andorra since nearly in places you can smoke. The restaurant design is elegant. The third evening we spent was in Aquarius restaurant in the nearby, it is said to be the cheapest Michelin starred restaurant. It was a great evening, we paid a total of 170 EUR for a 3 courses menu incl 30 EUR Spanish average quality white wine
