We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite one night after a Tour de France stage. We arrived tired, stressed and hungry. The front desk manager was exceptional. Our French and Spanish are limited and he helped out greatly. We looked at the dinner at their next door hotel/restaurant - it was a 22 euro set menu. Not what we wanted nor what we wanted to pay. He suggested Pizzeria Angelo and even placed the order (they delivered two pizzas for about 20 euros. It was really good pizza). Plusses - nice views, pretty good breakfast, pool (chilly though), front desk help, spacious room with two bathrooms; Minuses - staff congeniality inconistent (breakfast staff was a bit rough), no air conditioning (though the room did cool down pretty well after we left the windows open), the 2 euro per towel charge at the pool.

We were looking for a simple reasonable place to stay between the Tour and Barcelona and this place did the trick

Couldn't fault this place, especially for the price. Spacious modern rooms, great service at reception, fantastic breakfast, lovely pool/garden area. Slight noise from the road if you sleep with the windows open, which you have to do in the summer as it doesn't have air conditioning, but overall a great hotel in the perfect location for exploring the Vallnord area of Andorra.

We had a nice stay at this hotel, it was set in a beautiful location, high up on a hill over looking the mountains and the rooms were very nice and spacious.
The main concerns were the staff and the SMELL!
The whole third floor had a wiff of drains, dirty toilets annd wasnt too pleasant. our bathroom smelled the same and they must have been having some drainage problems.
The staff there were not so great, very complacent and whenever we had a query, we felt like an inconvienience and a smile would have been appreciated. A touch up on customer service skills woudnt go amiss and make their guests feel more welcome.

Nice hotel, with all the regular amenities.

I say rough around the edges because there were minor things that I noticed. They've obviously renovated the hotel to make it nice, but didn't bother replacing the old plumbing fixtures. The floor tiles were new, but obviously low quality. The shower/tub on the floor above us started leaking and caused a lot of water to come raining down, but the management did their best to fix it asap. The internet was supposed to be "free", but the misinformed desk girl said that it only applied to the sister building.

Pleasant overall, and in a good location. Short drive to town. Rough around the edges, but no major problems.
