We stayed in the Panorama Hotel for just one night on December 2007. We booked it via website because its rating as a 4 star hotel. We were disappointed. The room was clean but small, with a small bed that passed for a double bed I guess. When we first arrived, the room was very cold. We thought the heating wasn't working but the clerkman told us they just connected the heating system at some points during the day. The bathroom was nice.
The buffet for dinner was good but it did not offer many options as what to eat. Be careful because we got up to go look at the dessert table and when we returned, our table had already been cleaned up and prepared for the next guests. The Continental breakfast was OK, but nothing a 3 star hotel couldn't offer.
In resume, Panorama hotel may have been a 4 star hotel 20 years ago but not anymore. You pay for a 4 star and get a 3 star (tops) quality for the price you pay. Not a very fair deal. And if you decide to go there, ask for a room which windows does not connect with the main road, or you'll have problems to sleep.
