Appartment was well above expectations - for two of us paid £470 this included flights Bristol-Toulouse and the appartments.
Really big, well cleaned fantastic location - one minute walk from the Gondola - supermarket below.
Clean towels & toiletries every day, linen change mid-week.
Skiing - Lift passes £132 two for one deal with First Choice.
Skis and boots x2 £102 from www.arinsal.co.uk who use the Sant Moritz sports shops.
Got the skis up at the ski station on the Sunday - just asked to go up in the Gondola to get the skis as lift pass was only valid from Monday.
Rented a 4x ski locker - this is pricey for what it is 54 euros, but don't like lugging boots and skis around.
Skied 3 hrs morning, descended to appartment for lunch, 3 hrs skiing afternoon.
Third time in Arinsal and best yet - lots of snow - ideal for beginners, kids and intermediates.
Hope this is of help to anyone considering going!

Just returned from a week in Arinsal and we were very happy with the apartments, the resort and the skiing.

The apartments are 2 minutes from the main gondola, lovely standard, very clean with good kitchen facilities and a ski locker on the ground floor with no extra charge. Ski hire, supermarket and cafe all underneath the building which is very useful!

Ski school was well organised and focused on frading people into the correct group for their level. Instructors friendly and both the skiers and boarders in our group thought the standard of tuition was excellent.

Christmas dinner with other members of our party who stayed at the Hotel Palarine was good value for money.

Would definitely go again!

We stayed here for our first ski holiday in Jan 2007 and returned in Jan 2008.

Apartments are right in the middle of the village, only 3 mins walk from main gondola. Hired our ski stuff in shop below, so really handy. Guys in shop very helpful and made sure we were well fitted out. Free ski locker available for use by guests, but this year we hired one up the mountain to save carrying all the gear each day.

Cafe, chemist and supermarket in same building which is great as you don't have to leave building if you fancy a quick burger in cafe, want some milk to make a cuppa or need some paracetamol to ease the skiing aches and pains!

Both times we have had a 1 bedroom apartment although 2 bedroom ones are available. We were in room 206 last year and 205 this year. 205 was much bigger, had a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom (not all have jacuzzi baths) and the kitchen was separate from the main living area. In 206 the kitchen was in the main living area, but this didn't cause any problems.

Both times we have used the pullout sofa bed in the living area. This was excellent, 2 separate beds in one sofa, and comfortably slept adult or child. TV in both living area and bedroom (only a few English channels, no Sat TV). Dining Table and 4 chairs as well as lots of cupboards for storage. Balcony overlooking small river.

Apartment was cleaned every day, beds made, fresh towels and toilet rolls provided, just like being in a hotel but without the food. Far more room than in 2 twin hotel rooms (esp. in 205) with the bonus of being able to make a bite to eat if you wanted. We ate out quite a few times and food was all excellent and reasonably priced. Glad we went for this option rather than HB in a hotel, as we got to try so many different places to eat.

Apartments always warm, tons of hot water for baths and showers, plenty of storage space and room to dry damp ski gear. Fairly new and well decorated and maintained.

Only problem we had was a group of snowboarders next door who came in after a night on the town and were a bit noisy. The noise carried into our apartment and woke us several times. With 2 kids in our group, this wasn't great. Having said that we had no problems last year, so just depends on who is next door.

Would thoroughly recommend to anyone staying in Arinsal skiing.
