Hello Everybody

As you might have guessed from the title this review will be giving absolutely zero recognition to the arctic hotel in andorra le vella, it is by far THE most appalling hotel, - dare I call it a hotel! that I have stayed in. You may note from your own research that this hotel has been given 3 stars it does even live up to 1 star in my opinion.I walked in to reception with my girlfriend who luckily enough was able to communicate with them in spanish but we had to wait in the reception 5-6 mins before seeing a soul and even then i had to go around the hotel shouting to try and get someones attention! Anyway we arrived to the hotel about 1230 and told the rooms were not even ready, the excuse was they had a group of kids that did not check out in time and the rooms were not cleaned, so this resulted in us having to leave all our bags in reception, now not that i didnt trust the staff but I certainly didnt feel comfortable leaving my belongings including hundreds of euros worth of camera and video equipment behind the desk but i had no choice due to the fact that my bag was very heavy and I didnt want to draw attention to the contents by shifting things around.
We arrived back to the hotel about 7 pm and commenced to take the lift which i think was as old as my great, great grandmother!! it had cracks in the floor of the lift, it was grubby and dirty, did not look like it had been maintained once in its lifetime.
We arrived to the rooms and i literally had enough room in which to "swing a cat". The bathroom water is dirty and to take a shower they should have a sign stating persons must be 5ft or less to fit, the rooms were small and cold and during the night you will be greeted by people coming home from a night out - I can tolerate a lot but the amount of shouting and nothing been done about being the more frustrating part led me wake up at 1:30am to call reception and demand something be done.The staff have no idea how to look after its customers at all. Facilities i wont even go into because.......oh yes thats right there was no facilities!!
The long and short of it is we paid 200 Euros for 2 nights which i might add was recommended from a well known booking agency online, but if can do ONE THING IS TO BEG YOU NOT to stay here and seek alternative sleeping arrangements!
