I was a customer of Husa Hotels.
Regarding my latest stay at Hotel Husa Centric, I would like to report that during the check in process at the Hotel, I was victim of a luggage robbery.
There was no help from Hotel staff, and the Hotel Manager said that it was not their business, so they don't care about this kind of issues.
Our relationship with Husa Centric Hotel Manager finished with the manager treating us (customers) like criminals!!!!
One day after this issue, and talking with other Hotel customer, I was advised that the bag was stolen by one member of the hotel reception...
Hotel Husa Centric, NEVER MORE!!!

“Excellent”
The hotel was right in the centre of town as part of a shopping centre with an underground car park, which was expensive, the most we have ever had to pay. The room was excellent with views of mountains, laminated floors, flat screen t.v., sofa and large bathroom, there was internet access in the lobby for a small fee. Unfortunately, after a day walking round the town, I was really looking forward to a relaxing bath only to find the water was only tepid and not hot enough for a bath, we reported this at reception but nothing was done about it and it was the same the next night, there was plenty of hot water in the morning, it seemed as though all the hot water had been used!
The breakfast was alright with a lot of cold choices but not much hot food.
As for Andorra, unless you want cheap cigarettes and drink, it hasn't much to offer.
