We had a stopover in Andorra for shopping and chose the Hesperia. This turned out to be a very good choice.
Beware that if you arrive by car and want to park in the hotels garage you should read up on where to find the parking entrance PRIOR to arrival. If you drive directly to the hotel (e.g. with the help of a GPS) you will pass the entrance of the garage and it will be a lot of hassle to come back the same road (a GPS help though). There are several ways to avoid this. One is to read and print the parking instruction given by the hotel (here available in PDF http://bit.ly/nyMPRA). Another option is to set the GPS to point to an address just before Hesperia coming down the street from the northeast. The parking entrance is just before the last mild curve to the right. Driving right to the hotel is not a good idea because it's very difficult to even stop the car for a few seconds outside due to barriers. When you enter the parking garage look for signs for Hesperia parking. The parkins lots are clearly marked with Hesperia logos on the wall and are easy to spot (see photo).
The room was a "Double or Twin Room" and quite big. It was very nice furnished and in an excellent condition (see photos). We had a nice view of the streets, town and river from windows and balcony.
The room was well equipped and included a safe deposit box and good wifi connection. There was a good tv with several channels (very few in english if any) and a minibar.
There is a fee for the parking which is a little steep (€18 as far as I remember), but you can leave the car there the whole check-out day (which is nice for shopping upon departure).
I didn't have breakfast in the hotel during my 1 day stopover, so I can't comment on that.
In conclusion I think I got a lot for the relatively low price I paid, and this was one of 2-3 highlights of hotels from the many I used during my car-travel in Europe summer of 2011. The size of the rooms, the standard, the balcony/view, location, wifi etc all added up to a perfect stay I can whole-heartily recommend.
