This place is in a very good location in the center of Andorra la Vella, but, stink tobacco everywhere, the furniture is falling apart, horrible design, very bad toiletries, cheap towels, is a non recommendable place, for nobody.

Spent one night in this hotel, which was part of an offer to go to the Caldea spa. I enjoyed the hotel very much, very nice big room, bed very comfortable, everything very clean, bathroom was impeccable and service was good. The breakfast in the hotel has to be one of the best breakfasts I have ever had regards the selection on offer. Great stuff, yet, as I know now, Andorra doesn't have any laws on smoking in public spaces like restaurants. What I think really let this hotel down was that people were allowed to smoke anywhere in the cafeteria over breakfast. Now, I smoke myself but I don't want to be enjoying breakfast in a cloud of smoke. Come on, I think a non-smoking area is needed here at least with some kind of divide so that breakfast can be enjoyed.

We stayed in room 324 Nov 4 +5. Checked out at about 9:30am. In the 1-2 minutes it took to get to the elevator on 3rd floor, I realized I did not have the parking ticket. When I got back to the room, the cleaning lady had already gone in, threw away the ticket - and the box of liquers and wines I had packed to take home was gone. She did not speak English, but understood the ticket thing and came back into room retrieving it from the trash. Driving to catch a plane in BCN, I tried a dozen times to call the hotel to get an invalid phone number. I am hoping the relations director will read this and find out who took this box from room before I checked out. May contact at mried@gte.net. By the way, the room was fantastic!

We chose this hotel because it has good reviews and they were true. The hotel staff was very friendly, cheerful and eager to help. The room was OK but with wide, big and comfy bed; they offer a few free small bottles of water which was very thoughtful. Their spa was small but nice with the Jacuzzi, steam room, different types of showers, etc... at a few steps away from each other and for €9 per person with bathrobe provided at the front desk. The bar/restaurant seemed big with comfy lounge chairs though we only went in to check it out but did not have anything or dine there. Most importantly, it was close to center town; no matter where you walk to, it was close to come back to. If you have a big car, no worry there, the shared parking was big with direct access to the hotel lobby. The big breakfast hall had a nice mountain view but crowded on a Sunday morning when we were there. It was more like a practical hotel for convenience than a romantic or architectural place.
