Stayed at Athena Royal Beach Hotel for a week in December, the hotel is very clean and our room was a good size and very well equipped, staff were very polite and helpful. We found breakfast and dinner to be of a high standard and a very good variety of food to choose from. Will definetly go back to this hotel and would recommend it to friends.

We were due to stay at the sister hotel athena beach but it was closed for refurbishment. The athena royal beach is fantastic..... We had a great sea view and the cleaners were great... The sun shone for some of the time.

The only thing that spoilt my holiday was the amount of stray cats... I fell in love with a black kitten that visited the athena royal beach hotel

we have just returned from a weeks break at this brilliant hotel. It is spotlessly clean, the staff are very attentive and the food is great. Paphos is quiet at this time of year but if you enjoy a quiet holiday, nice walks and warm sun is makes a great break at this time of the year.
We had only one problem - somewhere between checking in our bags at Newcastle and collecting them from the carousel in Paphos, someone removed new clothes- still with labels, swimming costumes and jewellery (luckily only costume , but brand new and still boxed) from our case. They also broke our luggage scales and stuffed the bits back into a few pockets we had never even opened. Check carefully and report any losses to your rep.
