If you want a cheap hotel in which the staff are friendly this is a good choice.Out of season it is ideal for the over 60 age group .
Food is very plentiful and while not huite cuisine is totally acceptable. Wide choice of salads.
Can dine in adjoining independant resyurant at no extra charge.

this hotel had very friendly , helpful staff and was in a central location.
my room was very basic and over the kitchen so quite noisy.- it was dusty ., not very clean and had a huge crack in the bathroom wash hand basin-. The food was poor - evening meals were lukewarm and lacked variety.- just wished I had gone b&b !
Also no entertainment in the evening.

Hotel not suitable for people with walking problems as steps everywhere! Walk from coach as cannot get up to hotel door. requested a quiet low floor room, received a room on ground? floor, was about 12 steps to reach it in another building!! think all the children or families were put there as well as noise from them and from discos round corner.
Paid for a pool view, got a partial view of pool and view of roof of buildings.
Julia in reception was lovely and very friendly. Food acceptable. Pasta in Italian was gorgeous but main courses not brilliant, lamb was all bone not much meat.
Lovely situation for shops etc and lovely beach beyond Alexander the Great Hotel.

This hotel was very very dirty, other peoples hair in the bed, very dity bathroom, fan falling off the celing, had to pay £10 for a fridge covered in mold, sun loungers and tables by the pool covered in mold, got bug bites in bed, we asked to move rooms a nd got a straight NO! Has no suna/ steam room, no DJ in evenings, no games or card room, no shop or mini market or fitness centre as advertised. Staff were very unhelpfull, cleans phone in corridoor ringing from 5am onwards each morning, breakfast stops at 930am or 730am uk time. SEE PHOTOS OF HOTEL...
