Cannot praise enough the wonderful staff at the Louis Imperial. Everyone was friendly, helpful and cheerful. The hotel itself has a lovely feel. The room was a very good size with wonderful views of the sea, plenty of hot water and spotlessly clean. The food was fantastic, plenty to choose from even for picky eaters like me and my vegetarian eating husband. Had a wonderful stay and will recommend to all friends and family.

We were in a hotel that we didnt like so we asked our Rep to move us to another hotel. We spent three wonderful weeks in the Imperial Beach Hotel after a bad start.The staff were very friendly the rooms were very clean and the food excellent. The entertainment was mixed but some thing for every one, dancing singing and much more.The weather was bad but there was some thing to do every day if you liked sport. There is a heated in door pool and jacuzzi and a gym and nothing was too much trouble the staff bent backwards to please.A big thank to ALL the staff.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in early June 2011, it's taken me a while to get around to writing a review, but I wanted to make sure I did as the service we received here was great.

I have severe and muliple food allergies and my condition is so unstable that I can currently eat only about 11 'safe' foods to help control my condition. This means finding a hotel which can cater for me is very difficult as I also have strict requirements in terms of avoiding cross contamination as I can react to the tinniest trace of a foodstuff.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday and the service was great. The restaurant staff and head chef in particular, took my needs seriously and did everything they could to cater for my needs. The head chef himself cooked for me most days, providing me with tasty food (a challenge on my very limited diet) and more importantly food that was safe for me to eat. I was very grateful for the attention that was paid to this and the way the staff dealt with my needs.

The hotel more generally was lovely, it was great to have a pool that was child free, as the main pool was more noisy with children playing etc when we were there. The gardens are also beautiful on the property, allowing you to relax in a quiet, peaceful location, if this is what your preference is.

I would say that the rooms are a bit tired and could do with redecoration, however that is the only minor thing I can mention as beyond this the hotel's service and staff were excellent, as were the wider faciltiies.

We had a lovely time and hope to return.

Live in Sotira Cyprus had friends Chris @ Sue over for the festive period. Booked into this beautiful hotel for 1 night but had such a warm welcome on arrival with the staff and also Yannis the assistant manager, we extended our stay by 1 night. Yannis was absolutely charming. Hotel itself is very good and great location for a nice walk to Paphos harbour where there are some lovely restauarants. Thoroughly recommend this for holiday.
