We stayed at one of the Neptune villas - building was great - furnishings and kitchen were only average. Air con and water heater was poor - patio area needed attention. Price was very reasonable and manager was ok but took a while every time to remedy issues. Sky TV didn't work and the bedroom lamps were nice - shame there were no points to plug them in to!! Pool was cleaned regularly - and the location was great - central in Coral BAy but private. On balance we would go there again - the 40 Euro's a day was a fair rent. We ate at theNeptune a couple of times - needs updating but food was good and plenty of it.

We having been visiting Cyprus on and off for over ten years, visited some very plush hotels and some not so good places. Given the choice of where to go for a break we would now chose to go to the Neptune, the food and service are TO DIE for, truely a top quality service. When we first went to the Neptune some 11 years ago the area was very basic with not a lot going on in the evening, or for that matter during the day! Since then NEO's has opened offering all manner of sports activaties, bowls, table tennis, darts, snooker etc etc. Whilst NEO's isnt on the same site as neptune ( some 17mins walk) its easliy walkable .

Rooms
I have read some unfavourable reviews about the rooms and if your idea of a holiday is all the mod cons, massive beds and the hieght of luxerry this isnt for you, stay in the coral beach down the road. The rooms are dated, there's no getting away from that! but they are clean and functional, every thing works (cyprus style) the beds are ok not 5 star but ok,
the showers are functional ( powered by the bath tap) overall the rooms are well kept and comfy.

Food
Is simply devine! the only restaurant in coral bay you need to book ! nuff said

Bar
Sravros is a sports fan, the seperate bar area is very well catered for large screen viewing.

Overall
We like the whole experience and will be returning.

Excellent place to stay, friendly staff, meals excellent, pool, nothing is too much trouble. It may be a two star but is cheaper and better quality, even ex pats eat here as its so good, the food is to die for at reasonable prices. Will definately be going again as we were so impressed, well done Stavros (the owner).

We did not stay in the hotel but in two villas that are owned by Stavros & Skevi just behind the childrens play area Lunar Park there were nine of us in total and each villa had its own pool as big as the pool in the apartment block, we ate at the restaurant every night and because my Wife and I are Vegetarians were over the moon with the choice of meals that were prepared fresh everynight, my Sister in law lived in Cyprus and is a very good friend of Stavros Skevi and Stavros Mother and Father who live near St Georges Bay, they live on a farm that supply all the fresh food anf fruit served at the resturaunt, any one wanting a fantastic holiday might want to consider the villas instaed of the appartments, most of Coral Bay is owned by this family and most of the shops also and leased out, they also own several luxury Yachts that you can hire for the day, a trip not to be missed luxury all the way.
The staff at the restaurant Sharif, Costas , Stelious and Maria are all fantastic at their jobs and cannot do enough for you, if there is something you are not happy with I suggest you see Stavros and take it up with him on a personal bassis! I am sure knowing what a great guy he is he would do everything to eleviate the problem.
I would recomend the restaurant and the villas to any one but have never been in to the appartments, will put on some photos when I have downloaded them.
