just returned from a week at leda gardens.apartments very basic but as we only wanted a base this was ok .staff very helpful when required,good locotion but could be better lit on a night.

On arrival we could see the place was very rundown. On entering our apartment we were extremely saddened by the place, ants in the bed, up the walls in the bedroom and the kitchen, tiles missing, cupboards nearly falling off, an all round disaster area.
My girlfriend spent over 2 hours on arrival cleaning the apartment just to make it liveable for one day until we could see the rep. The smell of damp throughout the place was uncomfortable as well as rising damp up the walls; the living area was large in size but the heat with no air conditioning made it unbearable to sleep in. After paying to move we were so relieved… I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!

Well i realised why this place was so cheap the minute we got off the transfer bus! Very run down un cared for apartments, in need of a bulldozer!! The interior space is quite large but very drab, although we did get fresh towels twice a week and the bins were emptied daily. We have been to Pafos 5 times now and this was the first time we were dissapointed. My sister had a cockroach in her bed one night! Ive never seen one in Cyprus before. The setting was ok and the main road didnt really disturb us but the cats and kittens on our patio did, hence we couldnt open our doors so it was a little warm. There are some lovely bars ( La Rosetta) and restaurants ( The Plaka & Viva Cyprus) within a few minutes walk but would NEVER stay here again......... You have been warned.

We (3 x 31 year old geordie lads) - found this place to be well worth the budget price we paid for it. The hotel was clean enough, the staff were very fiendly and helpful and its location was ok. (15mins to bar street etc.)
Wide age group across the residents (kids - OAPs) - and some great friends made. (The lads and the..... trenches :P - please feel to Email me if you were one of em )
