We have been to the Kissos Hotel for eight years running, around August time.
The Hotel is clean and the staff have always been friendly, efficient and helpful. The Breakfasts have a very large variety of dishes to choose from and are of a high quality, especially since the change of management last year. The Manager often checks with guests for feedback on the hotel, looking for improvement ideas. The rooms are clean, and the Hotel is situated in a good location near the Tomb of the Kings Road, with all the restraints and bars etc... Inc 'Tea for Two' and 'San Merinos'. The holidays have always been good and we are returning to the Kissos for the ninth Year running in September this year.

we stayed at the kissos in may 2011 bed and breakfast only so we ate out all the time and found paphos exspensive but we enjoyed the hotel and its friendly staff.
we went back again in october all inclusive,the food was good and there was always a good selection of choice iwould recommend this hotel to everyone .the management were always going round asking guests if everything was ok.

We stayed here in June 2010 (couldn't select this year on here) and loved every minute of it. Yes the hotel is slightly out from the harbour area but this suited us fine as it meant it was lovely and quiet but also only a shortish walk away if we wanted to go to the harbour at night.We had got engaged on the flight over and we were delighted therefore when we arrived, to find that we had been upgraded to a superior room right by the lagoon pool without having asked to be. Last year we went to Florida to get married, but this year we are returning to Paphos and to the Kissos as we loved it so much. The staff were all extremely friendly and could not do enough for us (they did not know about our engagement). The food was fine (we went bed and breakfast) and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby including Duomo's opposite and a Chinese just along the road to name a couple, should you feel the need for a variation in diet.
The hotel is ideally situated for visiting tourist attractions as cheap local buses can be caught from the main road at the top of the road.
The rooms were clean and tidy with all the facilities you would want. The fridge in the room and safe can be hired for a small sum - well worth it.
Overall a very happy experience there and we are looking forward to returning in September this year (2012).

We stayed for two weeks from October 18th. It has all the basic necessities but few frills. Its greatest recommendation is the unfailing courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. The meals ranged from reasonable to good, and breakfast in particular gave a good start to the day. We were on a b&b basis, but had about half our evening meals in as the buffet was generally very good value. We tend to use the hotel as a base for exploring more widely so can't comment on the daytime activities, etc. One quirky problem concerned the refrigerators in the bedrooms. These come as an 'extra', but can only be rented if you hire a room safe as well! Together these will cost you 42 euros for the fortnight, which seems a bit much if you only want a small fridge.
