Unlike other reviewers, we found the staff to be friendly, cheerful and helpful. Food was ok, nothing special as was the breakfast and lunch. The tables were cleared away promptly. Room and bathroom clean although have to agree with previous comments that the beds and pillows were very hard. The towels were frayed and worn, need to be replaced. Also only sky news on tv, at this time of year it would be nice to have some other english speaking channels.
The hotel had a captive audience for its evening entertainment programme as all the bars outside were shut, but to be fair it was not too bad. The young lady who arranged the daily
games programme and sold bingo tickets etc in the evening was very friendly and bubbly.
There was a bus strike whilke we were there that lasted for 5 days, we did not want to hire a car, so relied on the unreliable taxi mini bus service that ran from outside the reception should have run on the hour but did'nt. When the strike ended it was much better, could hop on and off
buses all day for 2 euros.
On the whole for what we paid for all inclusive for the time of year it was good value. Although only for a short break, would not go for our main summer holiday.
