Stayed here with 4 other girls June 2011 for 1 week seld catering as we were attending a wedding in Paphos. Weather was gorgeous for the whole 7 days. The hotel is lovely, friendly staff upon our late evening arrival who were very welcoming.
There was 2 big restraunts, a breakfast and a evening meal one. They were both lovely but as were were self catering we paid 5euro's for a nice english breakfast about 3 times during our stay and it was nice. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, juices, fresh fruit etc.....lovely and for 5euro's u cant complain!! The snack bar during the day was also lovely, fab pizza's and chips if u get a little peckish! And drinks are cheapish too! Staff always service with a smile :)
Rooms were very spacious, with clean bedding changed daily with small kitchenette with everything u needed. Air-conditioning was a god-send too as it was 40degrees+ in beginnging of june, very unexpected as 1st time to Cyorus! Great!!...We were self catering so the fridge came in use for water etc. The balcony was MASSIVE!! The best feature of the room definately! It was a double balcony which looked straight towards the sea, beautiful. To the left of our balcony was our pool and the gardens, as again beautiful and well looked after! The bathroom were very standard but very clean, your having a shower what else do you want?...
The pool area was rather big with plenty sunbeds and a little breeze from the sea air was great! Pool very clean and brill to cool off in that heat! The waiters were always ready to help you and brought your drinks/snacks to your sunbed which i thought was lovely of them, especially in the 40 degree heat!!
The location however was a good walk from Coral Bay centre. But the Corallia has a bus stop in the hotel where the shuttle comes i think every 10-15mins to take you to either Coral Bay & Paphos and other places for 1euro! fab! Jumped on the shuttle every night and drank and ate in Coral Bay which had plenty of lovely restraunts from Tai, Japanese, Italians. Never had a bad meal and nightlife was quite busy for early june too! Lots of couples!..... Visitied Pahos for a hen-night and the nightlife there was excellent, well worth a visit! Although a good 20-25mins in a taxi to Paphos about 30euro's so if your into the nightlife scene definately stay in Paphos has loads of bars and a few clubs!
All in all i would give this hotel 10/10 as it was excellent, would definately return!!! And whoever has given this hotel bad remarks is clearlly stuck-up and needs their head examined ;)
Thanks Corallia !!
