We stayed in the apartment Nov 2011in apartment H101 we booked direct through the owners through owners direct website. http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/cyprus/CY1757.htm Apartment had everything you wanted it was clean and very well furnished great location on the first floor overlooking the pool and gardens, dvd player with a wide choice of dvds, gamecube for kids and sky tv. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants didn't really need to have a car. Will definitely be going back later this year.

lovely gardens and pools. appartment not a patch on photos from Cyprus Lettings. appears grubby, shabby & uncared for. Be aware that Cyprus Lettings only put positive comments / reviews on their website. if you don't see any, ask yourself Why ? they say they deal with negative feedback directly with the owners. Appt 204 Block C was dirty and it looked like old dirt - dirty ceiling fans, bathroom extractor, kitchen appliances not been cleaned, radio filthy, dusty furniture, skirting tiles dirty, dead flies in corners of rooms, stained floor rugs and bedroom stool, bathroom sink plug missing, Sky TV only has 3 TV channels. the owner did clean the fans and a bit more when i told her but she then tried to say we had left the sunbed mattresses outside and they were spoilt by the rain - in fact they were outside when we arrived. spoilt my holiday, can't believe comment made by Snappy 6 'nice and clean appt' who must have been there before us, the dirt was months old.

Booked 5 nights here in block B room 206. A great choice, just as all the photos on the web showed. The place is just up the road perpendicular to the Alexander the Great, the complex is pretty modern and the location was ideal for us, 5 minutes walk to the centre or beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The room we had was spot on, it's nice to relax on a leather settee, not something you normally get in hotels, kitchen fully loaded with stuff, bed nice and comfortable. Ceiling fans, heaters, air con units in both lounge and bedroom and a balcony. We had a great time and considering the price too is certainly a good recommendation. – Tip for all; get the 612 bus back to the airport from the main coast road down the street only €1 each.

Gets sun all day - sometimes too hot! Nice and clean .
Only 5 mins walk to sea - and another 15 to harbour.
Good selection of restaurants only 10 mins walk.
