“Very good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 October 2011

We booked Anna Apartments for a couple of days visit to the area. The price was very reasonable. We would have preferred a studio but they only had 1 bed apartments available. We booked at the last minute so this was not a problem. If I went again I would book much further in advance and request a studio. I think the studios are more up to date than the 1 bed apartments and we are at the stage where we like a bit more than basic accommodation. In saying that the apartment was VERY clean (and this is one of the areas Im really picky about). The beds were very uncomfortable and could really do with replacing, but in saying that they are probably the last few apartments to be renovated that we stayed in. The 1 bed apartments are more than adequate for a small family (as bed settees in the lounge area). They are fully equipped for self catering but you can buy breakfast or lunch in the small restaurant area downstairs. We bought breakfast both days, and it was very good for quality and quantity and sets you up for the day. There is a pool bar, very nice pool. You can see the sea from the garden surrounding the pool and some of the studios and apartments. Our apartment overlooked the car park and towards fruit orchards and the hills, very nice scenery. We had a small balcony with table and chairs. There wasnt a very good signal for tv viewing but we werent too worried about this. The owners are very friendly and helpful. One of our lightbulbs didnt work and we needed bulbs for the bedside lamps (seemingly the former occupants of the room helped themselves to the lightbulbs!), but the owners came straight up to see to things with no bother. All in all, a nice area, nice complex, nice owners, nice food, good price. Id stay again definitely, but Id specify that I wanted a studio and one that has been recently decorated, preferably overlooking the pool.

Room Tip: Ask for a studio, overlooking the pool, one that has been recently decorated.

“Excellent value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2011

Anna Hotel apartments was a nice experience. The room was new, clean and tidy, the bed comfortable. Only pillows were not good, they were too big and tough. The bathroom needs refurbishment though, it was really old. I was surprised that the bath plugs were removed in order to "save water", I'm not sure it was a good decision as hot bath is a must for me, especially when on holiday! Well, another negative thing was that in the morning the cleaning lady was knocking on our door so badly while we were asleep and later did not return to clean up the room. Otherwise, this hotel apartments is very nice and relaxing. It is an excellent value for money and worth every euro!

“Excellent oasis for less money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2011

The hotel has an excellent price/value ratio. It looks very nice, the studio room was newly furnished and had a lot of space. You can get a breakfast but we chose to go to the supermarket to get our own. You have a nicely equipped kitchen and fridge too. Although the bathroom amenities were not the latest model, it was very clean.
It is good for families too, as it is in a calm village.
You need to have a car to go to Paphos or to go down to the beach.

Room Tip: We were in room 101, studio, it is perfect.

“Relaxing and friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 October 2011

This was our first time at this hotel, we normally stay at a sea front hotel. From the beginning Bridget was very helpful and made the booking very easy. We had a one bed apartment on the 1st floor which overlooked the pool. Everywhere was very clean and the room was lovely. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet area, and there was always a sunbed available around the pool. We went self catering but had a couple of snacks there and the food was very, very nice. We would definitely go back there but maybe go bed and breakfast next time. The staff are so friendly there and its very homely. We always hire a car when we go to Paphos, and Coral Bay beach is only about 5 minutes drive away. We would definitely go back there on our next trip to Paphos.

Room Tip: 1st floor room

“Relaxed and very friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2011

Lovely place to spend a relaxing break, close to the bright lights of Paphos and Coral Bay, yet totally quiet and peaceful. The owners cannot do enough for you, rooms great overlooking pool mostly, pool is really clean and the place is really well looked after. Wi-fi worked well for me in room 103, while we were there, the owners were improving the signal, but I had no problems watching the world cup rugby in real time. Beautiful pomegranite and mandarin tress in the garden. We sampled the pomegranites, wonderful. We will return.....
